Where do I start......this camp was everything a person could ask for organized, stocked full of information, great rides, great people, - 5 Stars!
There was a lot of good information and great training opportunities. Having been doing this for a few years, I don't often hear new tips/tidbits of info and I got quite a few at this camp.
The nutrition and bike skills were excellent. The one-on-one tips from Coach Gail on running and Coach DeeAnn on biking during the workouts were both very helpful and appreciated.
I loved the bike skills clinic! I loved the swim analysis and it helped to finally see what my stroke looked like! TriSports made us feel like we were family.......
Great Job. Kept spirits up, had informative non-stop training and kept each person challanged enough so that NO boredom ever set in.
For the money the camp is a deal, the food was really good and convenient, TriSports participation was great and Bob S was a wealth of information.
The bike skills clinic, which many thought was going to be a waste of time, was great. Took many of us way out of our comfort zone and taught us that we actually can do those things on a bike.
